Was at brewery 13 and the food truck was there. Great food and fast service.

We were at 13 Below Brewery and looking for a snack. This food truck is parked in front of the brewery, so we gave it a try. We ordered a chili and sauerkraut balls. The chili was good, but OMG... the sauerkraut balls were amazing! Best we've ever had! We will definitely be back and try more of their food!

They had a wide range of options. Smoked meats, wings, Cold sandwiches, and a few salads. We tried the wings and pulled pork sandwich. They made it convenient to order with a QR code and updates on your phone letting you know when everything’s ready.

I had the Grilled Cheese Brisket Sandwich and it was very good. I was equally impressed with the smoked wings (far superior to Wild Mikes, Wing Stop, etc). Terrific BBQ sauce too! Friendly service! Very happy I tried this little food truck outside of the brewery!

Everything I’ve tried is delicious. Highly recommend the Ruben!! My son has food allergies (egg/tree nuts) and the staff has been super helpful in navigating what menu items are safe for him to eat (he loves the smoked wings and house salad). I wasn’t expecting to be blown away for my first time trying this place just because I ordered them through doordash, but I was more than thrilled about the barbecue at this charming little joint. The pulled pork was somehow still juicy as well as tender and delicious, despite its trip to my house. Adding to it was ... their excellent Carolina style vinegar sauce, which is rare to find around here, that really took the sandwich over the top with a little slaw. In fact, I was also rather impressed with their sauces: the sweet apple was delightful, also sort of rare around here as most of us aren’t accustomed to fruit bbq sauces, the sweet and Smokey/barn burner sauces, Carolina Gold, bourbon and bacon were all unique and delicious. Awesome quick food from outside a fantastic brewery. Food is always fresh, juicy, and fast. The BBQ sauce selection is fantastic and varied enough to come back wanting to try something new. Perfect place to grab some grub (and a brew next door) after a walk in the park.
